When emailing, please list your name in the subject line as this makes it much easier to reference your emails. If we have multiple emails going back and forth while finalizing your order, please attempt to reply to the original email (creating an email chain).
For birthday or applique/embroidery shirts, please include in your email the following (or as much as able):
1.Size for shirt
2.Color of shirt
3.Sleeves (long or short)
4.Fabric
5.Number (if ordering a birthday shirt)
6.Name (Double check the accuracy of the spelling as I embroider EXACTLY as it appears in your email)
7.Design choice (this can be any of the designs you see on my website, on www.TrucksandTutusBoutique.blogspot.com or any of the designs from the websites listed under Embroidery Fonts and Applique Design Selections)
8.Font choice (this can be any of the designs you see on my website, on www.TrucksandTutusBoutique.blogspot.com or any of the designs from the websites listed under Embroidery Fonts and Applique Design Selections)
9.Date you need the item by (allows me to let you know whether or not I can accomodate your order within the time frame needed)
10.Thread color(s)
If you're referencing a specific shirt that you've seen on either my website or http://www.trucksandtutusboutique.blogspot.com/ please include a link. If you don't see the design or font that you are looking for, please let me know. The choices for designs are endless and I'm certain we can find what you want.
Please keep in mind that I am responding to multiple emails and including the information above will make your transaction go quicker and smoother.
I also make children's boutique style clothing and accessories, as well as labor only sewing. If you are interested in any of these, please contact me by email to arrange an order. It usually takes between 2 and 4 weeks to receive your order, however this varies depending on the season and how busy I am at the time. Occassionally I can rush your order ~ just email me to inquire.
I have two methods of payment:
Paypal - this is the quicker way to pay. If you want to pay with Paypal, please include in your original email the email address that you use with your Paypal account. I will send you an invoice through Paypal. It is $1 per $25 worth of order to cover the fees.
Money Order - let me know if you want to pay by money order and I will send you my mailing address.
Please note that payment must be received prior to construction beginning on your order. This is why Paypal is the quicker way to pay because the payment goes through instantly. You can pay with a credit/check card through Paypal.
