When people find out that I make children's boutique style clothing, I almost always get asked "do you have pictures?" I do have my business cards which have 3 very small pictures with 3 very small examples of my work and then of course, there's my Etsy shop. However, that's only a very "teeny tiny" sampling of Teeny Tiny Fashions.
Much of Teeny Tiny Fashions exists outside of my Etsy listings in the form of custom work. Customers usually find me through Etsy or by word of mouth. We collaborate to create a custom look and they either send me their own fabric or find fabric through an Etsy seller and I then obtain the fabric directly from the seller. We use existing patterns that I already have by mixing and matching fabrics or find new patterns to use.
This works great for people who may have great design skills but don't know how to sew or for those that know how but just don't have the time. For me, it keeps the creative juices flowing because I'm constantly exposed to new fabric, patterns, designs and the like so it never gets boring! My custom orders are by far some of my best and those of which I'm the proudest!
Take a look for yourself ~ these are just a few examples of custom orders that customers have designed and I've sewn for them. This brightly colored peasant style dress has a ruffled neckline, ruffled short sleeves, and coordinating waist band.
Kim of Trucks and Tutus Boutique was kind enough to let me showcase some of the cute fashions that she's designed, such as the peasant dress above. Not to mention her adorable little girl, modeling double ruffled pants here and a knot top and ruffled pants set above. You can find awesome applique and monogramming at Kim's website http://www.trucksandtutusboutique.blogspot.com/
"Sew" the next time you're browsing through Etsy or the internet and see a really cute dress but aren't crazy about the fabric or maybe you'd rather have long sleeves instead of short, keep Teeny Tiny Fashions in mind.
I am currently accepting new orders with a shipping time of 2 to 4 weeks from the date of payment.
I now have an eight month old to chase as well as my soon to be nine year old that I home school so life is much busier than it used to be.
I will accept rush orders HOWEVER I do charge a $10 rush fee.

Payment
When you place your order, I send an invoice through Paypal. It will be sent to the email you supply as your Paypal email. Payment is due within 72 hours once invoice is sent. If the invoice is sent on Friday, payment needs to be made by Tuesday. I do not begin stitching until payment is received due to the personalized nature of these orders. When an order is accepted and delivery date guaranteed, it is with the understanding that payment can be made promptly. I stitch based on the order received ~ this allows me to keep my calendar of orders moving along and ensure prompt delivery.
I accept Paypal as the preferred method of payment. This ensures that the Payment can be received quickly and your order will not be delayed. Credit cards and checks can be processed through Paypal. I do not accept personal checks unless they go through Paypal.
I also accept money order, however payment has to be received prior to order being processed.
Care Instructions
I recommend either handwashing or washing inside out on gentle cycle (cold water) and laying flat or hang to dry. You can remove any wrinkles by ironing on low setting with the item turned inside out.
For items that have faux leather, fur, etc (anything that doesn't look or feel like cotton fabric) added as an embellishment, I recommend these items NOT be machine dried or ironed directly.
I also do labor only sewing - you supply the fabric/materials and I will do the construction of the garment. I charge labor only for these items. This allows you to design it your way, even if you can't sew a stitch or just don't have the time.
